Brandywine Maple Brandywine detail Brandywine in fall Brandywine Maple ("Brandywine") Acer rubrum Introduced by the National Arboretum, Brandywine is a cross of October Glory and Autumn Flame. It produces deep fall color ten days later than most red maples. Spring and summer foliage is dark green, turning to deep red in autumn. Matures at 40'; 30' spread. (zone 4) Needs full to partial sunlight. |
