Northwood Maple ("Northwood") Acer rubrum Northwood Maple is a hardy tree with a rounded to oval head and ascending branches. Also has a straight, strong trunk. Foliage in the summer is dark green, which turns orange-red in the fall. Prefers most soils that are slightly acidic. Matures at 50'; 35' spread. (zone 3-6) Needs full sunlight. |
