Snowdrift Flowering Crabapple Malus 'Snowdrift' A very hardy, vigorous, low maintenance crab with an upright, symmetrical shape and heavy-textured, lustrous, dark green foliage. Abundant pink buds open to single, white, fragrant, 1 1/4" flowers. Orange-red fruit persist into winter, which attract birds. Disease resistant to cedar-apple rust, mildew, and somewhat resistant to scab. Matures at 15-20'; 15-20' spread. (zone 3-7) Needs full sunlight. |
