Sun Valley Maple
Sun Valley Maple ("Sun Valley") Acer rubrum Introduced by the National Arboretum, Sun Valley resulted from crossing Red Sunset and Autumn Flame. It is seedless and features a very uniform, dense oval head. Leaves are dark green in summer. Fall color is reliable bright red. Matures at 40'; 35' spread. (zone 4) Needs full to partial sunlight. |
